About Ken

Ken Thomas is an Internationally known Masters Track Star.  He has traveled around the world by participating in Masters & Corporate track and field events.  Ken has won medals and recognition for the 200 m, 4 x 10o, 4 x 400, Long Jump, Hurdles, Shot-put, Pole Vault and Decathlon events.
